This is the best picture I could get....we're going over the Mississippi River into Memphis:
We woke up Saturday morning and Donnie said "Hey, you wanna go to Memphis?" and I said "Ya", so we went. That's the extent of the whole conversation. We had no reason to go, we just went. We called Jon and Teresa (from Donnie's hometown) and they met us there and we stayed and Jon's mom's house. It was a fun little vacation, even though the only thing we did was go to Chuckie Cheese. We cam back Monday morning. It was about a 9 hour drive...which isn't bad at all when you're used to driving 18 either direction to see family 4 times a year.

Wow, I wish we could be spontanious like that. I think my OCD gets int he way. That would be fun.
That's a fun trip!! Your kids must be okay on the road if you guys wanted to do that. When are you moving and do you think you will ever be back in Utah?
those are seriously the best types of trips - i LOVE the "get up and go" of it. how long of a drive was it and how long were you there?
