I'm practically Martha Stewart

I went and bought a sewing machine this weekend, not because I know HOW to sew, but because I want to LEARN to sew. So, I bought some material and a pillow form and whipped up this little beauty. Granted, it's not like this was a huge project...it's just a simple pillow, but you have to understand that the last time I sewed anything was in 7th grade, and it was a hot pad. I've actually impressed myself...there isn't even a screw-up! (okay, so it could fall apart tomorrow) but today it's a beaut!

Wow, I'm impressed!!! This coming from the woman who said she couldn't learn to sew when I met her. You are so on your way to quilting. We have a little over a month to teach you everything I know. I know you can do it!!!!!
