Today we decided to paint pumpkins! I never painted pumpkins as a child, but my mother obviously didn't worry about me cutting a finger off, either. Can you imagine if I tried to carve a pumpkin with the girls? I can see it now: Marlys: "Mom, here, give me the knife, let me try" Me: "No way" (as she reaches for it) Rylee: "NO! My turn!" (as she grabs it) Me: "AGHHHH!" (as knife pentrates my eyeball). Not fun. That's why we opted for paint.
